AND IT WENT FOR - 94 Douglas Crescent - GOVERNOR'S BRIDGE, TORONTO

Last month, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house with a detached garage (that is currently being used as an office) on a 40 x 113 foot lot at 94 Douglas Crescent in Governor's Bridge in Toronto.

It was a house I had posted a few times in the past. The first time was in 2017 after it had been completely renovated. It was listed at $2,849,000 and sold for $2,790,000.

A year and a half later, it was back on the market with an asking price of $3,349,000 which was a 13% increase, so yeah, no.

A month later, the price was down to $2,995,000. It sold 3 months later for $2,715,000.

It was then on the market in January of this year for $3,699,000. It looks like that same day the price was dropped to $3,499,900 (again, correct me if I am wrong).

It didn’t sell and when I posted it in April, the price was down to $3,295,000.

I just noticed it now but 2 weeks ago, this house sold…
