SOLD - 130 Morse Street - LESLIEVILLE, TORONTO
Years ago, I posted this 2+1 bedroom, 1 bathroom row house on a 15 x 129 foot lot at 130 Morse Street in Leslieville in Toronto.
It looked like this from the front…

So, from the outside, it looks much better.
On the inside not much has changed. But with what I assume is a mix of the owner’s own stuff and some staging, the house looks much better on the inside as well.
When I last posted it, the asking price was $695,000. It sold for $665,000.
A little over a week ago, it came back on the market for $1,199,000. I guess they didn’t get the price they wanted because it went back on the market 2 weeks ago for $1,349,000. It sold 3 days later…
For $1,250,000.
