It has since been fully gutted and for the most part I like it. Some things aren’t my favourite but, overall, it’s a good house. Too bad they removed this though…

When it was listed in 2017, the asking price was $999,900 and it sold for $1,565,000.

When it came back on the market a month ago, the asking price was $4,980,000.

It’s still on the market and surprisingly, there has not been a price drop. But now that it will officially be on the market for a month in 2 days, I suspect we will see one soon because that is a really high price.

Especially considering the construction of this building 2 doors over that will be going on until 2024…

P.S. If I were to choose between this house and 56 Lakeview Avenue, it would definitely be 56 even with the price increase and the fewer bedrooms.
