Yesterday, I posted this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom row house on a 15.33 x 101 foot lot at 85 Cottingham Street in Summerhill in Toronto.

It was house that sold in November 2015 for $910,000 and had since had a full renovation with a finished basement.

And it showed REALLY well.

It was listed at $2,450,000. For a row house, I thought it was a little pricey but because it showed so well, it would sell fast.

And it did! After 1 day on the market, this house sold…

For $2,480,000.
