It was then completely renovated and is now on the market. The staging is a little ‘minimal’ but what is there is good. Though, without a ton of staging, you can see the house itself and it looks like a good renovation.
The fact that there are only 2 bedroom isn’t great because it used to be a 3 bedroom house. But if you are looking for a condo alternative, this is a good option.
But…
$1,950,000? In this market? For a 2 bedroom?
It seems a bit high.
