It was on the market in 2016 for $1,278,000 and it sold for $1,440,000. Two years later, it was back on the market for $2,250,000 with this rendering…
It sold for $1,975,000.
It reminded me a lot of the house at 168 Ellis Park Road…
In 2020, it came on the market as this current house with the asking price of $5,200,000. It didn’t sell and a month later the price was dropped to $4,995,000.
As far as I know, it never sold but two weeks ago it was back on the market with better staging (assuming it is at least partly staged) and a new price of…
$6,480,000.
