66 Annette Street - THE JUNCTION, TORONTO
Five years ago, I posted this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom row house with 1 car detached garage on a 15 x 126.75 square foot lot at 66 Annette Street in the Junction in Toronto.
It was a nice house but I didn’t think it would be for everyone.
With a house that is only 15 feet wide, a lot of space is lost with the opening to the second floor above the dining room. But it is pretty impressive in a house this size.
When I posted it in June 2018, the asking price was $1,499,000. That price was increased 4 days after I posted it to $1,899,000.
It didn’t sell and was back on the market a year later in mid-July for $1,399,900 then increased again to $1,499,900.
A year later, it finally sold for $1,425,000.
It’s now back on the market for $1,625,000.
P.S. I don’t understand that wall of drawers in the kitchen.
