This is a 2+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi on a 15.5 x 76 foot lot at 17 Mechanic Avenue in Little Portugal, Toronto.

It is a house that I posted in 2018 when it was listed at $849,900. It sold for $1,011,111.

The inside reminded me of a cross between the house at 171 Willow Avenue in the Beaches...

And the house at 424 Euclid Avenue in the Palmerston neighbourhood...

When it came on the market again in 2021, it looked like this…

It was kind of the opposite decor as the previous sale but also interesting.

It was listed for $1,049,000 and it sold for $1,280,000.

It October, it was back on the market for $1,295,000. It didn’t sell and the price has now been dropped to $1,285,000.

Maybe they need to switch up the staging to be more unique like the last 2 sales.
