424 Euclid Avenue - PALMERSTON (8 Comments)
The first thing I noticed about this house was the ceiling height, then the moulding, then the decor.
It's amazing whether it is your style or not and reminds me of a Sera of London design like this...
And this...
And it's kind of what the house at 75 McGee Street wanted to be...
But there is no comparison between that house and this house, with or without the furniture.
This house is a 4+2 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi with 2 parking spots on a 19 x 130 foot lot at 424 Euclid Avenue.
The 2 huge, free standing cabinets in the kitchen are not included with the sale so that would mean some work to the kitchen. And if you aren't into the lived in look of the floors, those may have to be redone.
Also, I don't really understand the concept of the second and third floor bathrooms.
Not to mention that once all the furniture is gone, this house will probably look a little rough around the edges.
But it's an amazing house with beautiful original details. And the basement is a separate apartment that apparently generates $2,700/month (really!?!).
It is listed at $1,899,000.
If the house at 410 Euclid Avenue that was a flip sold for apparently about $2.8 million (and privately according to a reader)...
Then this house will probably sell around $2,150,000....even if it's a little rough around the edges.
