31 Dalton Road - ANNEX, TORONTO

This is a 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom house with a 1 car garage and a parking spot at 31 Dalton Road in the Annex in Toronto.

For the most part, it is a really good house.I’m not crazy about the white windows and I think they are vinyl so that would be staying (unless I am wrong and you can paint vinyl).

Inside, it shows well with a lot of the original features remaining such as these…

The kitchen is new, the floors look new, the bathrooms are all new with a jack and jill on the second floor plus and additional bathroom for the other 2 rooms on that floor.

The primary third floor has privacy doors and a large bathroom.

But I would want to change that living room mantle from this…

To something like this from the house that I posted yesterday…

And that backyard is not very family friendly and, with 5 bedrooms, I assume it would be most suited for a family. So that would be an extra expense but it is otherwise a move-in ready house.

It has been on the market since September when the asking price was $3,499,000. In October, the price was dropped to $3,350,000.

At the beginning of November, it was put up for lease for $9,000/month (it lease for $8,000/month in 2022).

It is now listed for sale for $2,990,000. I think they would rather sell than rent.

The backyard isn’t large and could use some work but otherwise, it is a good house. I’m thinking this price drop might work.
