At the beginning of October, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 6 bathroom house on a 45.01 x 147.79 foot lot at 44 Ellis Park Road in the Swansea neighbourhood in Toronto.

It was a house that I posted 3 years ago as a new build on a lot that used to look like this…

It had on the market in 2016 for $1,278,000 and it sold for $1,440,000. In 2018, it was back on the market for $2,250,000 with this rendering…

It sold for $1,975,000.

Two years later, it was back on the market but built in this white version. The asking price was $5,200,000. It didn’t sell and a month later the price was dropped to $4,995,000.

I am not sure if it ever sold then but in October, it came back on the market in mid-September. The asking price was $6,480,000.

Two days after I posted that price, the price was dropped to $5,900,000. It was then dropped to $4,980,000.

It has finally sold…

For $4,550,000.
