AND IT WENT FOR - 184 Winona Drive - WYCHWOOD, TORONTO

A month ago, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 20 x 106 foot lot at 184 Winona Drive in the Wychwood neighbourhood in Toronto.

It was a house that looked like this 10 months ago when it was last for sale in January 2023…

It was originally listed in December 2022 for $809,100 with a price drop to $764,600. It eventually sold at the end of January for $777,000.

It then got a full gut and was back on the market mid-November. It showed really well with an income unit in the basement.

It was listed at $1,349,000.

I thought it would sell the evening that I posted it, unless the condo going up 2 doors north isn’t a deterrent. It didn’t sell that night but 2 days later, they raised the price to $1,419,000.

It sold a week later…

For $1,362,500.

Which is $13,500 over original ask so I guess the condo wasn’t much of a deterrent.
