I’m not sure when this was built because there was no public sale since then and Google streetview is 12 years out of date on this part of the street.

But whenever it was built, they did a really good job.

When I first saw the outside of this house, I wasn’t sure I would like the interior. I thought it might have some design choices that was typical of a new build. Instead, they have used some pretty random design that looks good.

I don’t normally like multilevel first floors but this seems to work. The foyer acts as a separate mudroom from the living space that is half a flight above. The kitchen design is done well. There is lots of storage throughout the first floor and it is large and bright.

Upstairs, there are only 3 bedrooms but they all have good storage with en suite baths in all of them.

The basement isn’t huge because of the garage and I assume that whole space is considered the +1 bedroom but it is bright with a walk out.

The backyard isn’t very exciting but has enough space to do some interesting things.

Overall, this is a really good house that shows really well (if you are into the interesting bathroom tile).
