A month ago, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom detached house on a 26 x 100 foot lot at 52 De Grassi Street in Leslieville in Toronto.
It was a very charming house that showed really well. According to a commentor, it belonged to @tinyhousemama who is a stylist and also has an Airbnb in Prince Edward County.
It wasn’t huge but it had a great condo alternative that also has an income unit in the basement with a separate entrance.
The asking price was $1,295,000.
It sold after a little over 2 weeks on the market…
For $1,382,500.
