A little over a week ago, I posted this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi with 1 parking spot on a 17 x 90 foot lot at 46 Kingsley Avenue in Pelham Park in Toronto.

It was a house that looked like this when it was last for sale in 2020…

The asking price was $829,000 and it sold for $830,000.

It was then fully renovated and it showed really well. The kitchen looked small but there was a full pantry at the back of the house. And while I did like the house, I thought that layout was a little odd.

But I also didn’t think this house would sit for long.

It was listed at $1,349,900.
