PRICE DROP #2 - 140 Harrison Street - TRINITY-BELLWOODS, TORONTO

In January, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom detached house with 2 parking spots on a 17 x 115 foot lot at 140 Harrison Street in Trinity-Bellwoods in Toronto.

It was a house that used to look like this when it was last for sale in February 2021…

It has been completely redone and it came back on the market in November for $3,850,000. When I first posted it, it had just had its first price drop to $3,799,000.

The following day when I posted another 3 bedroom recently renovated home down the street at 115 Harrison Street…

That had just come on the market for $3,439,000, I wondered which house would sell first. And what I said was…

I’m not sure but I am thinking both may have another price drop before either sells as they are both priced pretty high for a 3 bedroom.

Well, two weeks ago, that house had a price drop to $3,300,000.

And now this house has had a drop…

To $3,769,000.

And as I said in the drop for 115 Harrison, will this be enough?
