PRICE DROP - 14 Rolyat Street - BEACONSFIELD VILLAGE, TORONTO

A month ago, I posted this this 4+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom house with a 2 car garage on a 25 x 97 foot lot at 14 Rolyat Street in Beaconsfield Village.

It was a house that used to look like this in 2016 when it was listed at $949,900 and sold for $900,000…

It was then completely redone and put back on the market in 2018. The asking price was $2,900,000 in August 2018 and it sold a month later for $2,825,000.

It was back on the market in January 2022 when the asking price was $4,298,000 which was a huge increase from the last sale. Unsurprisingly, it didn’t sell and the price was dropped to $3,990,000 a month later.

It never sold an came back on the market last month for $3,578,000.

Again, it didn’t sell but I guess the owners are pretty motivated to sell now as this house has just had a price drop…
