SOLD - 633 Euclid Avenue - PALMERSTON, TORONTO

A little over 3 years ago, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom semi with a detached 2 car garage on a 25 x 110 foot lot at 633 Euclid Avenue in the Palmerston neighbourhood in Toronto.

It was a recently renovated house that looked like this 9 months before…

It had been listed at $999,000 and sold for $1,620,000.

It was then redone by Ancelr Studio, the architect behind the houses at 116 Sorauren Avenue and 118 Sorauren Avenue

Like the Sorauren houses, this house had a kitchen with a 2 storey ceiling and it made the house feel really big. And basically, it was an all around really good house if you weren’t concerned about the 3rd floor bedrooms not being super large (but having 2 bathrooms between them).

It was listed at $2,998,000. It sold after 2 weeks on the market for $2,850,000.

Three years and a few months later, it was back on the market 2 weeks ago. There was a lot of the same furniture from the 2019 listing like most of the first floor stuff and the primary bedroom so I am not sure if they bought the furniture or if the deal fell through. But again, it showed really well.

The asking price was $3,449,000. It sold in 3 days…

For $3,400,000.
