When I saw the selling price for this 4+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom row house with a 1 car garage on a 17 x 135 foot lot…

I realized that what I was expecting to see on the inside based on the outside would probably be very different.

Here is what the house looked like when it was last for sale in 2013…

One of the listing photos still had the same colour scheme on the outside which made me think that perhaps the inside still needed some work at that they painted the outside to sell (turns out it has been brown for several years). But the final selling price told me different.

As you see from the interior photos, it has fully done top to bottom. And it showed REALLY well. I feel like I have seen that kitchen before but I can’t place it.

In 2013, this house was listed at $799,900 and it sold for $943,000.

Almost 10 years later, it was back on the market for $3,399,000. It sold in 4 days…

For $3,665,000.
