PRICE INCREASE/RELIST - 220 Brunswick Avenue - HARBORD VILLAGE, TORONTO

In April 2020, I posted this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on a 20.41 x 69.42 foot lot at 220 Brunswick Avenue in Harbord Village.

It was a house that looked like when it was last for sale as a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom semi in 2018…

It was listed then for $995,000 and sold for asking.

It was then renovated by decorator Tiffany Pratt who has also decorated the restaurants, Piano Piano and former Cafe Cancan now Piccolo Piano, of the homes owners, Victor Barry and Nikki Leigh McKean.

It was then put on the market for lease in November for $4,300/month but that listing expired.

It came on the market in April 2020 for $1,749,000. It didn’t sell and the price was dropped to $1,595,000. Again, it didn’t sell and it is now back on the market…

For $1,649,000.

Maybe they should throw in the furniture.
