At the end of May, I posted this 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom semi with 1 parking spot on a 26 x 118 foot lot at 205 Crawford Street in Trinity-Bellwoods in Toronto.

It was a house that I posted in 2015 when it looked like this…

It was listed at $975,000 and sold for $ 1,506,000.

It was then fully gutted and renovated and they did a great job. I like all the finishes. It’s bright. It works well for a family and it backs right on to Trininty-Bellwoods Park.

After posting it, I realized it reminded me a lot of 305 Crawford Street that I posted 4 years ago…

Turns out it was renovated by the same designer, Mary-Beth Jenner from Jenner Design Studios.

After a full gut and 8 years later, this house was back on the market a month ago for $3,895,000.

Like the last 2 houses that I have posted, this house sold in 2 days…

For $4,250,000.
