PRICE DROP - 11 Lynwood Avenue - CASA LOMA, TORONTO

A couple of weeks ago, I posted this 4 bedroom, 6 bathroom house with a 2 car detached garage on a 33 x 132 foot lot at 11 Lynwood Avenue in Casa Loma in Toronto.

It was the house of interior designer Montana Labelle and her builder husband, Russell Gozlan of Gozlan Group who were also the owners of the renovated semi at 21 Clarendon Avenue in South Hill in Toronto…

Both houses showed REALLY well if this was the style you were into. But both houses may have been initially listed a little high.

When the Clarendon house was put on the market in 2020, the asking price was $4,488,000. It didn’t sell and the price was dropped to $3,950,000. It eventually sold for $3,640,000.

This house was listed at $5,980,000 which feels like a lot for a 3000-3500 square foot house.

Looks like other felt the same because this house is still on the market but has had a price drop…

To $4,998,000.

Any chance they will throw in the furniture?
