In October, I posted this 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in a converted 1876 Town Hall with an electrified bunky at 3201 County Road 9 Road in Waupoos in Prince Edward County sent in by a reader.

After looking at the photos and seeing that the house showed really well despite not being large, I noticed this rug…

I knew I had seen it before and it turns out it was in the listing that I posted at 84 Rusholme Road in Dufferin Grove…

The rug was on the landing of the third floor of that house…

When I posted this house, I wasn’t sure if the owners from when I posted the Dufferin Grove house and the current owners of this house had moved out of Toronto completely and into this house. Either way, the were looking to sell this house.

It was initially listed in August for $849,000. When I posted it, it still hadn’t sold and the price had been dropped to $799,000.

Looks like it never sold in the fall because this house is on the market again. The asking price is now…
