The first thing I noticed beyond how it showed REALLY well was this rug…
I knew it looked familiar.
Turns out, I had posted a house in 2020 that had the same rug…
It was from the house at 84 Rusholme Road in Dufferin Grove from the first time I posted it…
After it was listed at $2,450,000, it sold for $2,305,000.
In February of this year, it was on the market again for $2,198,000 and it sold for $2,561,000.
I’m not sure if the owners from the first time I posted that house and the current owners of this house moved out of Toronto completely and into this house but it looks like they are on the move again.
This house was initially listed in August for $849,000. It still hasn’t sold and the price has dropped to $799,000.
Maybe they should throw in the furniture…
But take the carpet!
