337 Cleveland Street - DAVISVILLE VILLAGE, TORONTO
In 2017, I posted this 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 20 x 150 foot lot at 337 Cleveland Street in Davisville Village.
It was a house that I first posted in 2012 right after it had been built by Ja Architecture Studio and Arta Design and Build who named it 'The Offset House'. Apparently, they are the same people behind the house at 166 Dovercourt Road…
And It had recently been featured on other websites such as The Contemporist and Design Boom.
The asking price then was $1,625,000. By July of the next year, it was down to $1,399,000. It finally sold in September 2014 for $1,375,000.
After a week on the market in 2017, it was back on the market for For $1,888,000.
It’s now back on the market and it still shows well. The asking price is…
$3,180,000.
I know there is a new subway station going in around the corner…
