At the end of September, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom rebuild with a detached 2 car garage on a 19.82 x 123 foot lot at 41 Northcote Avenue in Beaconsfield Village in Toronto.
It was a house that used to look like this…
It was then fully renovated and was listed in January 2019. The asking price was $2,869,000 and ended up selling a few weeks later for $2,775,000.
In September of this year, it came back on the market for $3,749,900. I thought it felt like a pretty big increase, especially in this market.
Looks like it was because it hasn’t sold and now has had a price drop. The new price for this house is…
