PRICE DROP #2 - 337 Cleveland Street - DAVISVILLE VILLAGE
This is a 3+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 20 x 150 foot lot at 337 Cleveland Street just south of Eglinton and west of Bayview.
It used to look like this when it was listed in 2010 for $599,000...
I am not sure if it was a tear down or a rebuild, but when I first posted it a year and a half ago, I really liked it.
But considering that it wasn't very big (and when you drive by in person it looks even smaller), I thought the price was too high.
This house was listed at $1,625,000.
At first, I thought it was more of a $1,425,000 house but changed my mind a few hours later to $1,325,000. That living room just felt too small.
It never sold and the price was dropped a few months later to $1,525,000.
It didn't sell and it is on the market again...
For $1,399,000.
