AND IT WENT FOR - 95 Northcote Avenue - BEACONSFIELD VILLAGE, TORONTO

In May, I posted this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom row house with a 2 car garage on a 15 x 128 foot lot at 95 Northcote Avenue in Beaconsfield Village in Toronto.

It was a house that showed well with few changes from its previous sale in 2017. The listing price for it then was $1,299,000 and it sold for $1,450,000.

Six years later, it was back on the market for $1,890,000.

I guess they didn’t get what they wanted because a week later, the price was increased…

To $2,249,999.

I missed it until now but this house sold a week later…

For $2,200,000.
