This is the house with the canoe!!!
I knew there was a canoe somewhere but I couldn’t remember where the canoe was. I thought maybe it was hanging from the ceiling but after quickly searching this site, I realized that was at 56 Lippincott Street…
But this house did have a canoe in the photos from it’s last listing but it was on the outside…
When it was last listed, the asking price was $889,000 and it sold for $1,050,000.
Since then, it doesn’t look like there have been any meaningful changes but it still shows really well. And the canoe is gone but there is a paddle inside…
