When it was last listed, the asking price was $889,000 and it sold for $1,050,000.
This time around, it was listed at $1,099,000. I thought either they were looking for a bidding war or they were just trying to be safe.
Looks like they must have had multiple offers because this house sold the day after I posted it…
For $1,370,000.
