AND IT WENT FOR - 175 Argyle Street - BEACONSFIELD VILLAGE, TORONTO

Last week, I posted this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 25 x 100 foot lot at 175 Argyle Street in Beaconsfield Village in Toronto.

It was a great house that had been featured in House and Home, the National Post, Designlines, and it was the House of the Week in Toronto Life in July.

I missed all of those and I missed the first time this was listed at the end of June. It was listed for $2,747,000 for 2 months but did not sell.

It came back on the market the second week of September for $2,599,000. When I posted it last, I didn’t realize but this house had already sold almost a week earlier…

For $2,448,000.
