29A Glen Stewart Crescent - THE BEACHES, TORONTO
This is a 4+1 bedroom, 6 bathroom house with a 1 car garage and another parking spot on a 30 x 150 foot lot at 29A Glen Stewart Crescent in the Beaches in Toronto.
It is hard to see what it looked like before because this is the only photo I can find…
And the street view only shows a bunch of trees in front. But as it sits just south of Kingston Road, it does have a great view over the Beaches and the lake.
In 2021, it came on the market as vacant land with these renderings done by Makow Architects…
It was listed at $1,598,000. By the end of the month, they raised the price to $1,680,000 but only for a day. I guess they ultimately decided to build it and then list it.
Overall, it’s a good house. There are some interesting design choices that I don’t love and I can’t decide how I feel about that staircase. But you have to admit, it makes a pretty big statement when you walk in the front door.
The views are great from the rooftop, second floor, and first floor decks. And there is a fair amount of table land despite being on a hill.
It has now been on the market since December…
For $4,380,000.
P.S. In case you are curious about this house like I was…
It was done by Oliver Dang of Dang Architects you can see some interior photos here.
