AND IT WENT FOR - 394 Euclid Ave - Unit 102 - LITTLE ITALY, TORONTO

Last week, I posted this 1+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo at 394 Euclid Avenue steps from College Street in Little Italy in Toronto.

It was a condo that I had posted a few years ago when it was on the market for $1,099,000. It sold for $1,115,000.

Since then, the floors were changes which made a big difference. The kitchen was also redone really well making it more attractive(?) and workable.

It was on the market for $1,229,900 (with $862/month fees) and $5,250/month respectively. I said that considering the upgrades, I didn’t think it would sit long and it would probably sell over ask.

Turns out, it sold 2 days I posted it…

For $1,315,000.

P.S. I also said it was Unit 109. It is actually Unit 102.
