394 Euclid Ave - Unit 109 - LITTLE ITALY, TORONTO

A few years ago, I posted this 1+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo at 394 Euclid Avenue steps from College Street in Little Italy in Toronto.

Overall, it was a pretty basic condo but with a small outdoor space overlooking Euclid Avenue. But there was something that made it stand out and it was this…

It was a 2 and a half storey window that was the focus of the apartment.

The way the apartment is set up right now, the bedroom is in the basement and looks like this…

There are no windows and I personally find it kind of depressing. I feel like if I only needed 1 bedroom, I would use that loft space so that you could see that window from bed (though, granted, the space isn’t very big). And then I would use the basement as an office, guest room, office space, party room…so many options.

When it was last listed in 2021, the loft was used as an office and the basement was the bedroom as well.

But since then, the floors have been changed to wide plank, white oak throughout and a redone kitchen which helps make the condo a little more…I can’t think of the word. Less basic? The floor is much ‘richer’ and the kitchen is less condo grade and is laid out much better with a lot more storage

There is no art going up the wall like in the last listing…
