A little over a week ago, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi with a 2 garage (uncovered) garage on an 18 x 118 foot lot at 207 Riverdale Avenue in Riverdale in Toronto.

It wasn’t a huge house but the way they laid out the kitchen meant it had lots of storage space. The living room was a good size but the dining room was a little tight.

The bedrooms weren’t huge but the way the primary bedroom was laid out, it had a walk-in closet and an ensuite. The laundry was on the second floor with another bathroom for other 2 bedrooms.

The basement was finished with a good sized bathroom and another bedroom with a walkout that was being used as a gym.

Overall, it was a really good house that I didn’t think would sit long though I couldn’t predict the selling price.

The asking price was $2,150,000. It sold…
