AND IT WENT FOR - 29A Glen Stewart Crescent - THE BEACHES, TORONTO

In February, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 6 bathroom house with a 1 car garage and another parking spot on a 30 x 150 foot lot at 29A Glen Stewart Crescent in the Beaches in Toronto.

It was a good house with excellent views but there were some design choices I didn’t love. And I wasn’t sure how I felt about the stair case but it definitely made a statement.

When I posted it, it had already been on the market since December for $4,380,000.

In March, the price was dropped to $3,999,000.

It sold last week…

For $3,925,000.

Not bad.
