It is 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi in Cabbagetown and it is listed at $949,900.
Considering that the house at 110 Amelia sold for $1,352,000 and needs work or this house at 369 Wellesley sold for $1,200,000....
Granted this house is narrower and not as big as the Amelia house but it is done with a big yard and a big third floor deck. That black bathroom might not be for everyone but I love it!
I have been way off on many of my guesses recently but I am going to go with $1,150,000 for this one.
Oh wait, it doesn't have parking....$1,099,000.
