Ah, Riverdale.
So this 2+1 bedroom rowhouse is for sale for $589,000.
It is around the corner from the house that I posted a few weeks ago at 141 Riverdale that is still on the market (I don't get it!). It needed a bit of work but could be great! It could be like 217 Bain with $100,000 of work. And with an asking price of $779,000, it would still be cheaper than what Bain sold for ($900,000)! Not to mention 217 Riverdale that sold for $1,280,000!!!!!
I am getting off topic.......
This house is only 2 bedrooms. The kitchen is old but there is a fancy new faucet. There is no dining room but the living room has bright southern exposure. The green bedroom is way too much but that is just paint. The basement is a nice bright walk out to a PEZ like patio...
All in all, not a bad house...
But if this place sells for asking, I will be even more mystified as to why 141 is still on the market!
BTW, this house needs one of these at the front door....
