77 Leroy Avenue - DANFORTH VILLAGE
If it weren't for the house in my last post at 76 Leroy Avenue, I never would have looked at the pictures of this house right across the street.
It looks like a typical new build but inside, it is anything but.
I love it! It reminds me of the house at 49 Brookfield Street in Beaconsfield Village that sold for $1,265,000.
It's a lot of white so if you don't like white, you won't like this house. I would prefer lighter floors but these are still good.
This is the only picture I could get of the backyard.
Not loving that at all.
This is what it looked like in March 2011 when it was listed at $399,000.
It is now a 4+1 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms on a 32.42 x 101.77 foot lot.
It was first listed as the new build in July 2012 for $1,029,000.
Guess it didn't sell because they dropped the price in September to $1,014,000.
Again it didn't sell and they dropped the price at the end of September to $999,800.
AGAIN no sale so the dropped the price again 2 weeks ago.
It is listed now listed at $998,000.
Is this an $899,000 house!?! If this were in Leaside it would be listed at $1,350,000.
Why isn't it selling at its current price?
It is a pretty great interior. Too bad about the exterior.
Perhaps $925,000 would be better.
But I do really like it.
