And it went for...

This house at 444 Russell Hill Road has been on the market for a while.

It was listed in September 2011 for $4,795,000 and I posted it in January 2012.

It is 7+1 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, in 6,500 square feet plus a 1,700 square foot coach house!!  That is a LOT of house.

But it never sold.

And a week before it had been listed for a year, they dropped the price to $4,495,000.

I wondered if the dated kitchen and bathrooms were keeping it on the market at that price and that perhaps it should be listed at $3,995,000.

It never sold at $4.5 and the price was dropped again in December to $3,998,000.

It has finally sold....

For $3,550,000!

Sure, it needs work, but this house could be great (if you need a  large couch house apartment)!!!
