PRICE DROP #2 - 130 Glen Road - ROSEDALE

$10,000?

Is that enough of a price drop on this 4+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 28.42 x 128 foot lot to get it to sell?

It has been sitting since January when it was listed at $1,799,000.

I thought it was a little overpriced because it needs so much work.  But since it could be so great when the work is complete, that it could probably go for $1,760,000.

It didn't sell and the price was dropped to $1,749,000 at the beginning of March.

It still hasn't sold and the price has been dropped again by $10,000...

To $1,739,000.

I still can't figure out how to get to that garage at the back.
