PRICE DROP - 130 Glen Road - ROSEDALE

This house has been listed since the end of January.

It was initially listed at $1,799,000.  

It could use a LOT of work but it could be amazing.  But because of the work that would really make the difference in this house, I thought the price was a little high.

It thought this house would sell closer to $1,760,000.

It never sold and the price has been dropped.

It is now listed at...

$1,749,000.
