SOLD - 7 Fairview Boulevard - RIVERDALE
So, I get that Riverdale is where a lot of people want to be.
And I get that Fairview is a prime street in Riverdale, though I don't really know why when this is what you see from your backyard...
(whose brilliant idea was this!?!)
But I don't really get why, even though this is a big 6 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on a 32.5 foot lot...
I don't get why someone is willing to pay what will be $2+ million when this place is done for a house that has a lot depth of 83 feet.
This house was listed at $1,099,000.
Considering that a house down the street at 37 Fairview Boulevard that could be move right in but could also definitely use some work sold for $1,455,000 a year ago, this place was clearly underpriced...
But $1,326,100?
It makes 22 Fairview look like a bargain!
If they do it right though, this will be great when it's done!
But just don't be a flip!!!
