PRICE DROP/RELIST - 34 1/2 Bellwoods Avenue - TRINITY-BELLWOODS
This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom row house on a 13.75x 57.83 foot lot at 34 1/2 Bellwoods Avenue in Trinity-Bellwoods.
It looks familiar for 2 reasons.
I posted it in December 2012 when it was listed for $679,000. It sold a week later for $661,500.
Plus, it was featured on HGTV's Income Property that is hosted by Scott McGillivary.
It's a nice house that has a new kitchen and bathroom with some painted walls, etc., but it isn't a big house.
And the backyard is pea gravel (aargh!).
A year later, it was back on the market for $759,000.
I thought it was way too high.
I thought it would maybe sell for $719,000.
Maybe.
It didn't sell and the price has been dropped...
To $699,000.
It will sell soon (if that mudroom isn't as in rough shape as it looks like it might be!).
