AND IT WENT FOR - 107 Dawlish Avenue - LAWRENCE PARK
Last week, I posted this 5+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 50 x 166 foot lot at 107 Dawlish Avenue in Lawrence Park.
It's a typical build both inside and out and I normally wouldn't post it.
Except that I realized that all the furniture on the first floor and in the master bedroom are from this house...
The house at 106 Crescent Road in Rosedale that was initially listed for $3,379,000 in July 2012,
After a price drop, it eventually sold this January for $3,024,235.
Annnnd...it was back on the market this August for $2,499,000. WTF!?!
I am not sure when, but I am guessing it was around January of this year, the furniture was moved into this house. Though I am almost certain it isn't stager furniture, but when you look at the kids' bedrooms, it doesn't look like it belongs here.
So, I have no idea who owns the furniture.
But it definitely does make the house look good.
This house was listed at $3,195,000.
It sold in 4 days and 2 days after I posted it...
For $3,196,000.
Wonder where the furniture is going now!!!
