PRICE DROP #8 - 360 Walmer Road - CASA LOMA
This house at 360 Walmer Road has been listed for almost 2 years.
It was a new build on a 25 x 174.75 foot lot and this is what the house used to look like...
(It's kind of a better looking version of the house in my last post at 465 Palmerston Boulevard in Palmerston!)
They tore it down after it was listed in January for $1,199,000 and built a 4+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom house with a garage and another parking spot.
Sounds good.....but as I pointed out in my first post...
I think they planned this thing out so fast that they actually forgot to add a living room and dining room to the plans!
Which actually isn't much of a suprise when you consider that it is a Grey House, and it's not the only Grey House without a living room..
And as a reader pointed out, there was this at the front of the house...
A toilet right in front of the window.
Like the house on Briar HIll, this house has been having a hard time selling.

Why the increase in January? Well, they built an addition....on a new build....to include an actual dining room!
But the toilet is still in front of the window. And I just noticed this...
The wood of the garage door is saturated. Is this a problem?
This house has had another price drop...
To $2,549,000.
That is a pretty good drop, but still don't think it is going to be enough.
