If this condo looks familiar, it's because I posted it just over a year ago.
It is a 3+1(?) bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in a co-operative building with 1 garage parking spot at 141 Roxborough Street West.
I am not sure where the +1 bedroom is located, but I like this apartment. If you aren't into white, you might not love it.
Looks like the person who sold it in October 2013, and the person currently listing it have a very similar style. So much so that it took me a while to realize this table from 2013 listing...
Wasn't the same table that is in the current listing...
It is clearly a new owner.
Last year, the asking price was $865,000. Considering that a unit in the same building at 143 Roxborough Street West had just sold for $775,000, I didn't think this would sell for $90,000 more. I thought it would sell closer to $815,000.
The new asking price is $899,000.
