Last week, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom detached house on a 25 x 100 foot lot at 119 Oak Park Avenue in the Woodbine-Lumsden neighbourhood north of the Danforth.
It was a good looking house both inside and out. It looked well taken care of, it had parking, it was bright...
It was listed at $689,900.
I thought that if the house at 18 Gates Avenue...
Could sell for $800,800 in 2013...
Then this could sell closer to $935,000.
I was a little high.
This place sold in 5 days...
For $818,000.
