RELISTED - 150 Langley Avenue - RIVERDALE
If you have been reading this blog for a while, you probably recognize this house.
It's the semi at 150 Langley Avenue that has been on and off the market for years!
Here is the price history:
July 30, 2012 $959,000
October 10, 2012 $879,000
October 20, 2012 $929,000
November 15, 2012 $999,000
December 15, 2012 $1,050,000
February 15, 2013 $1,059,000
When I posted it in November 2012, I mentioned that I thought it was more of an $879,000 house, but they continued to increase the price.
It sold in February for $1,052,000.
Until the listing was 'suppressed' (read more about it here) and it was back on the market by April for $959,000.
In June, the price was dropped again to $929,000.
It is now listed at $1,098,000 (with the same furniture).
I predict a price drop in a month.
