PRICE DROP #2 - 176 Bedford Road - ANNEX

This house has been on the market for 2 years.

It is a 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom loft like space with 2 parking spots in the middle of Designer's Walk at 176 Bedford Road in the Annex.

When I posted it in October 2013, I thought this was NOT going to be for everyone.

At the time, it was being used as an artist's live/work space, but perhaps it could be an interesting pied-a-terre for an actor or something like that.  

But it needed to be updated a little.  And the asking price was really high at $5,950,000.

So, when the price was dropped this past May to $4,998,000, I thoguht it was a good drop but that it still wouldn't sell.

It didn't and the price has been dropped...

To $4,680,000.

It's still not going to sell.
